About

I’m Finn.

I’m a computer science student with a business minor at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, in the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Business Management. I like problems that sit right where software meets the real world.

When I’m not at a keyboard I’m usually outside: birding (128 species and counting), climbing, backpacking, or paddling a canoe somewhere without cell service. I film most of it and turn it into videos.

Before college I spent four years volunteering at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo and three and a half years at Dairy Queen, working up to assistant manager. That taught me a lot about people, and about Blizzards.
